First Impression:

I originally planned on talking with two or three different Sales Representatives but after talking with Dolores Flagg I knew she was the right one to sell my house. I did not need to talk with anyone else.

Within a week, she had arranged to have my house listed on the market for sale. Complete staging recommendations for all aspects of my home were prepared for me. Also, a floor plan showing size dimensions for all the rooms was made. In addition, a beautiful brochure was prepared which described the advantages and special features of my home.

Within two days, I received numerous showings which resulted in offers for my house.I sold my house for more than I was expecting and was extremely pleased.

I personally believe that Dolores Flagg is the best Real Estate agent you will ever need. I recommend her highly without hesitation.

I started to look for an agent that can help me to get to the house that I was looking for and then I saw Dolores Flagg on one of the flyers that had been dropped off at my house and gave her a call. We set up an appointment at her office and we started with a good analysis of her job and analysis of what I’m expecting in the search for my new a house in Toronto and in no time she delivered the house that she promised me.
