First Impression:

I originally planned on talking with two or three different Sales Representatives but after talking with Dolores Flagg I knew she was the right one to sell my house. I did not need to talk with anyone else.

Within a week, she had arranged to have my house listed on the market for sale. Complete staging recommendations for all aspects of my home were prepared for me. Also, a floor plan showing size dimensions for all the rooms was made. In addition, a beautiful brochure was prepared which described the advantages and special features of my home.

Within two days, I received numerous showings which resulted in offers for my house.I sold my house for more than I was expecting and was extremely pleased.

I personally believe that Dolores Flagg is the best Real Estate agent you will ever need. I recommend her highly without hesitation.

Dolores worked with my husband and me to sell our home during a turbulent period in the real estate market. Prior to listing our home, we asked Dolores for advice on where to spend some money to upgrade the property before listing it for sale.
