Reference for Dolores Flagg

First Impression:

I originally planned on talking with two or three different Sales Representatives but after talking with Dolores Flagg I knew she was the right one to sell my house. I did not need to talk with anyone else.

Within a week, she had arranged to have my house listed on the market for sale. Complete staging recommendations for all aspects of my home were prepared for me. Also, a floor plan showing size dimensions for all the rooms was made. In addition, a beautiful brochure was prepared which described the advantages and special features of my home.

Within two days, I received numerous showings which resulted in offers for my house.I sold my house for more than I was expecting and was extremely pleased.

I personally believe that Dolores Flagg is the best Real Estate agent you will ever need. I recommend her highly without hesitation.

She is relaxed, professional and nothing is too much trouble for her.  She listened to our concerns and we were very impressed with her marketing skills. Dolores was calm and was able to make us feel at ease.

I started to look for an agent that can help me to get to the house that I was looking for and then I saw Dolores Flagg on one of the flyers that had been dropped off at my house and gave her a call.
