First Impression:

I originally planned on talking with two or three different Sales Representatives but after talking with Dolores Flagg I knew she was the right one to sell my house. I did not need to talk with anyone else.

Within a week, she had arranged to have my house listed on the market for sale. Complete staging recommendations for all aspects of my home were prepared for me. Also, a floor plan showing size dimensions for all the rooms was made. In addition, a beautiful brochure was prepared which described the advantages and special features of my home.

Dolores worked with my husband and me to sell our home during a turbulent period in the real estate market. Prior to listing our home, we asked Dolores for advice on where to spend some money to upgrade the property before listing it for sale. Drawing on her deep knowledge of our local market, she advised us on what aspects of the house could be improved, and she was equally honest about what areas to leave in their current condition.

When it came time to list the house, Dolores did careful research to determine a suitable and realistic pricing strategy. When we received some unreasonably low offers, she again drew on her experience and knowledge to calm our concerns and to guide us through the process.
