First Impression:

I originally planned on talking with two or three different Sales Representatives but after talking with Dolores Flagg I knew she was the right one to sell my house. I did not need to talk with anyone else.

Within a week, she had arranged to have my house listed on the market for sale. Complete staging recommendations for all aspects of my home were prepared for me. Also, a floor plan showing size dimensions for all the rooms was made. In addition, a beautiful brochure was prepared which described the advantages and special features of my home.

Within two days, I received numerous showings which resulted in offers for my house.I sold my house for more than I was expecting and was extremely pleased.
