Dolores worked with my husband and me to sell our home during a turbulent period in the real estate market. Prior to listing our home, we asked Dolores for advice on where to spend some money to upgrade the property before listing it for sale. Drawing on her deep knowledge of our local market, she advised us on what aspects of the house could be improved, and she was equally honest about what areas to leave in their current condition.

When it came time to list the house, Dolores did careful research to determine a suitable and realistic pricing strategy. When we received some unreasonably low offers, she again drew on her experience and knowledge to calm our concerns and to guide us through the process. Thankfully, we listened to her advice and were able to sell our home for a very fair price.

At all times, Dolores was calm, honest, and professional. She kept in close contact with us throughout the sale process, and she patiently addressed any questions or concerns we raised. She worked hard to attract potential buyers to our home and actively followed up with other agents to get feedback on the property. In short, she was a joy to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who is looking for a true real estate professional.
